In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act, these general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between CRAFT DESIGN 2020 Ltd., owner of the online store SISKAhandknit7, with headquarters in Stara Zagora, 22 Gen. Iv. Pashinov Street, UIC 206135149 as the Merchant and the customers referred to as Users.
Services
1. On the Site, Users have the opportunity to conclude contracts for service, purchase and sale and delivery of the goods and services offered by the Merchant.
1.1. The services and goods offered by the Merchant through the website are intended for individuals and/or legal entities.
Order
1 Users use the website interface to enter into contracts with the Merchant for the goods and services offered.
1.1. The contract for the purchase and sale of goods or services is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Merchant.
1.2. After selecting one or more goods or services offered on the Merchant's website, the User must add them to his list of goods or services for purchase.
1.3. The User is required to provide delivery data, which will be used by a third party, in this case the courier company delivering the ordered goods.
Delivery
1. We ship via the courier company Speedy, with delivery at the customer's expense. Shipments are sent by cash on delivery /cash on delivery /with inspection and test.
Prices
1. The prices of the offered goods and services include VAT. The merchant reserves the right to change prices and provide discounts.
Payment
1. Payment is made by cash on delivery / PPP / upon receipt of the shipment. The user /client/ receives a PPP note for the amount paid by him from the Courier.
Exchange and return
1. The consumer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.
2. Returned goods are accepted only in their original condition without signs of wear, washing or additional defects.

4. The returned goods must be carefully packaged together with the cash on delivery note and sent by the courier company Speedy at the customer's expense.
Online Merchants Act
The procedure and method for issuing fiscal receipts and for establishing a remote connection with the NRA are determined by Regulation No. H-18 of the Ministry of Finance of 13.12.2006 on registering and reporting sales in retail outlets through fiscal devices.
Regulation No. H-18/2006 states that every person is obliged to register and report the sales of goods or services made by him in or from a commercial establishment by issuing a fiscal receipt, except when the payment is made by postal money transfer, made through a licensed postal operator for making postal money transfers within the meaning of the Postal Services Act. Regardless of the documentation with a primary accounting document, a fiscal receipt must be issued for each sale to the persons, i.e. for each payment, except in cases where the payment is made by postal money transfer.
If payments from the company's clients will be made solely and exclusively by postal money transfer, made through a licensed postal operator for making postal money transfers within the meaning of the Postal Services Act, then there is no obligation to put into operation a fiscal device and report the sales made by you by issuing fiscal receipts in accordance with the procedure specified in Regulation H-18/2006 of the Ministry of Finance.
For the payment made by the customer, the postal operator issues a Postal Transfer Receipt for the amount due. This receipt is a legally recognized document exempting the merchant from the obligation to issue fiscal receipts.
